  • Do you offer FREE shipping?
    Yes, Colorsonic offers free economy shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Currently, shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified as it is immediately processed in the warehouse. To add items, please place a new order; for unwanted items, initiate a return.

  • When will my order be shipped?
    Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). A notification with tracking information will be sent once the order is dispatched.

  • How do I start a return?
    Visit the Returns Page and submit a return request form. Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • What is your holiday return policy?
    Returns are accepted for devices and cartridges within 60 days of purchase. Warranty claims are honored within one year of purchase.

  • I have long hair; how many cartridges do I need?
    Typically, one color cartridge is sufficient for a full head application. For extremely long and thick hair, it's advisable to purchase two cartridges for the first application.

  • Should I do an all-over color or root touch-up?

    • All-over color: Recommended if you've never colored your hair, wish to change the shade by two or more levels, or haven't colored in over three months.
    • Root touch-up: Ideal if you color every 4-6 weeks with the same or similar shade, or need to cover grays between colorings.
  • I have highlights or balayage; can I still use Colorsonic?

    • Root touch-up: Yes, you can precisely apply color to your roots without affecting your highlights or balayage.
